Omnetra Infotech provides custom software development, web application development, mobile application development, and cybersecurity auditing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be defined in a separate statement of work or project agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom code developed for their project. Omnetra Infotech retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be defined in the project agreement. Typically, projects require a deposit upfront with milestone-based payments thereafter. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Omnetra Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
